Congealed Shrimp Mold
A colorful, savory gelatin mold combining shrimp, cream cheese, and vegetables, perfect for festive occasions or as a chilled appetizer for seafood lovers.

Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
- Add tomato soup and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese and melt, then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped boiled shrimp, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco to taste.
- Grease a mold very well with butter.
- Pour the shrimp mixture into the prepared mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours until set.
- To unmold, dip the mold in warm water briefly.
- Serve with crackers.
