Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cans chopped boiled shrimp
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups chopped boiled shrimp
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
  2. Add tomato soup and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add cream cheese and melt, then remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped boiled shrimp, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco to taste.
  5. Grease a mold very well with butter.
  6. Pour the shrimp mixture into the prepared mold.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours until set.
  8. To unmold, dip the mold in warm water briefly.
  9. Serve with crackers.
