Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 small package chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz small curd cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Can be frozen for later use.
