Creamy, cheesy, and flavorful, this corn chip taco dip combines fresh vegetables with melted cheese and chili sauce, perfect for parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 bag dip-size corn chips

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese over the bottom of a 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle chopped tomato, onion, and green pepper evenly on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Spread half a bottle of chili sauce over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Microwave on high until the cheese melts or place under the broiler until melted.
  6. Scoop up the dip with corn chips and serve.
