Ingredients

  • 1 can Niblets corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the crackers and butter.
  2. Place the mixture in a casserole dish.
  3. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and slices of butter.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
