Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a round 10 x 2-inch cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
