Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread corn in an ungreased baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add flour to the cooked beef and cook, stirring, for one minute.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Spread the ground beef mixture over the corn in the baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix with cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Spread cheese mixture over the beef layer after baking and serve.
