Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, stir flour into cream-style corn; add cream cheese and onion salt.
  2. Heat and stir until the cream cheese melts.
  3. Stir in whole kernel corn, sliced mushrooms, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. Turn mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter to combine; sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F until heated through, about 30 to 40 minutes.
