- Cut the green pepper into small pieces.
- Cook and stir the green pepper in melted butter for 5 minutes.
- Add the American cheese, cut into small bits, and stir constantly until melted.
- Add the can of corn and salt, and stir until blended.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with canned tomatoes.
- Add the egg and tomato mixture to the hot cheese and corn mixture, stirring until hot.
- Serve immediately.
