Tips & Substitutions

For a tangier relish, consider adding a splash of lemon juice or adjusting the sugar amount to your taste. If you don't have mustard seed, try using prepared mustard instead. To save time, use a food processor to chop the vegetables instead of grinding them. This relish can be adjusted to include other seasonal vegetables based on availability.
