Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 can Ro-tel tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 small potatoes, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • Cabbage, celery, bell peppers, and carrots to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the meat.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the meat.
  4. Cook in a crock pot all day or all night until flavors meld and vegetables are tender.
