Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
  • 1 jar Old English cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • dash of Tabasco or hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the English muffins and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, Old English cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on 8 muffin halves.
  4. Cut each muffin into four pieces.
  5. Can freeze the pieces on a cookie sheet and transfer to plastic bags.
  6. Place frozen pieces on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 425°F or 12 minutes at 350°F.
