Crab lasagna combines tender noodles with creamy cheese, succulent crab, and flavorful seasonings, creating a rich, satisfying dish perfect for seafood lovers and special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 15 lasagna noodles
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 2 or 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans crab
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  2. While the noodles cook, mix the cream cheese, cottage cheese, cream of shrimp soup, shrimp, beaten eggs, basil, chopped onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place half the cooked noodles in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  4. Cover with half of the cheese mixture, then layer with crab.
  5. Add the remaining noodles on top, followed by the rest of the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
