Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 to 1 box Velveeta
  • 1 bag tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 to 2 pkg. crabmeat
  • 1/3 to 2/3 jar picante sauce
  • red pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In one skillet, brown the hamburger.
  2. In another skillet, bring butter to a boil over medium to medium-high heat.
  3. In a saucepan, melt Velveeta with picante sauce.
  4. Add crabmeat to the butter and let sit until warm enough to separate.
  5. As crabmeat gets stringy, add red pepper and cook until golden brown.
  6. Drain the cooked hamburger meat and mix it with the crabmeat mixture.
  7. Use the prepared filling to assemble burritos in tortillas.
