Ingredients

  • 24 corn tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 package chorizo
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1/2 onion sliced into rings
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 head chopped lettuce
  • 1 container sour cream

Instructions

  1. Deep fry the corn tortillas until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Cook the hamburger meat until well cooked, then add the chopped onion and cook until tender.
  3. Cook the chorizo for 20 minutes, then mix it with the cooked meat and refried beans.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the fried tortillas.
  5. Garnish each tostada with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, sliced onion rings, and a dollop of sour cream.
