Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped fine
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 2 green peppers, chopped fine
  • 2 red sweet peppers, chopped fine
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped vegetables in a jar.
  2. Prepare the liquid by mixing vinegar, sugar, and celery seed while cold.
  3. Pour the liquid over the vegetables.
  4. Refrigerate the salad before serving.
