Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 1/2 (1 lb.) packages raw ground turkey
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a heavy skillet until browned, stirring to crumble.
  2. Add diced onion and celery; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drain well.
  3. Combine the sausage mixture, ground turkey, stuffing mix, evaporated milk, parsley, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
  6. Pour off excess liquid from the loaf.
  7. Transfer the loaf to a serving platter and spoon 1/2 cup Cranberry Glaze over the top. Serve the remaining glaze with the loaf.
