Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup soft margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a 10-inch pie plate with your favorite pie crust.
  2. Put cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts into the crust-lined pie plate.
  3. Mix soft margarine, 1 cup sugar, beaten eggs, and flour to make the batter.
  4. Pour the batter over the cranberries in the pie plate.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes until golden and set.
