Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 2/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
