Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine, flour, brown sugar, and nuts together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Crumble the baked mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Save 1/4 cup of the crust mixture for topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese over the crust and add sugar as desired.
  6. Use the saved crust mixture as a topping or garnish.
