Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chuck, eggs, flavored bread crumbs, minced onion, salt, pepper, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the mixture in a donut shape in a glass pie plate.
  3. Cover with wax paper.
  4. Microwave at Medium for 10 minutes.
  5. Rotate the pie plate 1/2 turn if necessary for even cooking.
  6. Remove drippings and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  8. Let stand, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes before serving.
