  • 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/3 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken parts for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a casserole dish with margarine and place the cooked chicken parts inside.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, seasoning salt, black pepper, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper on top of the chicken without stirring or mixing.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes, add cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup, whichever is desired, on top of the mixture.
  6. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 275°F and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
