Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • cracker crumbs
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, soup, and onions.
  3. Add broccoli and mix well.
  4. Pour into a well-greased casserole dish.
  5. Dot with butter and top with cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 45 minutes.
