Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lean pork
  • 1/2 lb. lean beef
  • 1 lb. gizzards
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Run the meat through a grinder.
  2. Melt 1 stick of margarine in a Dutch oven.
  3. Fry the ground meat until browned.
  4. Add chopped onions, celery, and garlic; stir and cook until soft.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon, and 1 stick of margarine; stir well.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 hours.
  7. Season to taste.
