Ingredients

  • sliced steak
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 carrots
  • green onions
  • broccoli
  • green peppers
  • mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • fresh bamboo shoots
  • celery
  • fresh spinach
  • zucchini

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add oil and sliced beef; brown the meat.
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar, and chicken broth to the skillet.
  4. Add sliced vegetables: carrots, green onions, broccoli, green peppers, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, celery, spinach, and zucchini.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot over rice.
