Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp fat
  • 1 1/2 c tomato juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 c cooked wax beans

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onion and green pepper in fat until the onion is yellow.
  2. Blend in flour; add tomato juice gradually.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and cooked wax beans.
  5. Heat thoroughly before serving.
