Crescent Bacon Brunch

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls
  • 3 slices (7 x 4-inches) Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine bacon, eggs, milk and onion; set aside.
  3. Separate crescent roll dough and place in the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Press over bottom and 1 inch up the side of the pan to form a crust.
  5. Place cheese over the crust.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
  7. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until lightly brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. For easier handling, cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
