Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
  2. Add spices and tomato paste and cook until warm.
  3. Mix together cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese and set aside.
