Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • potato chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and diced onion in a skillet.
  2. Cook diced celery and onions in a small amount of water in a saucepan until tender.
  3. Place a layer of beef mixture, green peas, celery, and carrots in a 1-quart casserole dish.
  4. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients in the casserole.
  7. Top the casserole with potato chips.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until hot and crispy.
