Ingredients

  • 1 ready made pie crust
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup dill pickle liquid
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 cups shredded American cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare the pie crust in a quiche dish or pie pan.
  2. Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
