Crock Pot Chutney

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 4 cups fresh peaches or 4 cups frozen peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup golden raisin
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup crystallized ginger
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. spray a skillet with cooking spray and saute onions until softened.
  2. add onion and next 8 ingredients to a 3 quart crock pot.
  3. combine flour and vinegar with a whisk, stirring well.
  4. add to peach mixture.
  5. cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
  6. serve.
