Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp horseradish mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • dash of chili powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by combining onion, butter, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, catsup, parsley, water, horseradish mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and chili powder in the crock-pot.
  2. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook while preparing the meatballs.
  3. Turn the crock-pot to high heat.
  4. Once the sauce is simmering, add the prepared meatballs to the crock-pot.
  5. Leave the meatballs and sauce simmering until the meatballs are cooked through.
