Ingredients

  • frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup oleo (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 teaspoons diced onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix together potatoes, salt, pepper, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and diced onions.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  3. Top with corn flakes and melted oleo (butter).
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
