Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. medium-sized noodles
  • 1 large can turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 2 small cans mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place cooked noodles in an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
  2. Spread turkey over noodles.
  3. Add chicken broth and mushrooms (if using).
  4. Sprinkle French fried onions on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes until heated through and onions are crispy.
