Instructions
- Slice onions thin or chop.
- Brown in Crisco; add meat and cook until done, but not browned.
- Add chopped green onions, all spices and then tomatoes.
- Cook over slow fire for 1/2 hour.
- Five minutes before serving, add vinegar and sugar.
- Let cook 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
