Curry Bratwurst

Ingredients

  • 3 slightly scalded bratwurst
  • butter or Pam
  • 1 onion
  • 1 apple (optional)
  • 5 Tbsp ketchup
  • paprika
  • curry

Instructions

  1. Coat a skillet with melted butter or Pam.
  2. Place sliced bratwurst into the skillet and fry on all sides for about 10 minutes.
  3. Peel and dice the onion.
  4. Peel, quarter, core, and dice the apple into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add the onion and apple to the bratwurst shortly before the sausages are finished frying until the mixture is almost tender.
  6. Add ketchup to the skillet and remove from heat.
  7. Arrange the bratwurst mixture on plates.
  8. Season to taste with paprika and curry.
  9. Serve with rolls.
