Dan Dan Noodles
Ingredients
- Meat
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp minced garlic ⓘ
- 2 tsp minced ginger ⓘ
- 2 spring onions, chopped ⓘ
- 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine ⓘ
- Sauce ⓘ
- 3 tbsp sesame paste ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil ⓘ
- 3 tbsp black rice vinegar ⓘ
- 3 tbsp soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 tbsp roasted Szechuan peppercorn, coarsely ground ⓘ
- 3 tsp hot chili oil ⓘ
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 200g dried noodles ⓘ
Instructions
- Meat
- Dry fry the meat, garlic, ginger. Add the spring onion and red pepper when the meat releases liquid. Fry till crispy, deglaze with wine.
- Sauce
- Mix all ingredients
- Toss cooked noodles with sauce and put meat, peanuts, spring onions on top.
