A hearty, flavorful chili with ground beef, tomatoes, and spices, served over spaghetti for a comforting meal perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck or beef
  • diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 large box spaghetti
  • 2 large cans tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck or beef in diced onions and butter; drain.
  2. Cook spaghetti as directed on the box; drain.
  3. In a large pan, combine cooked spaghetti and 2 cans of tomato juice.
  4. Add the cooked hamburger mixture, salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, diced tomatoes, and beans.
  5. Cook until all ingredients are heated through and flavors meld.
