Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 12 saltines, rolled fine
  • 12 chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon water
