Ingredients

  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • hot peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed, then lightly brown ground beef and chopped onion.
  2. Add drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, grated cheddar cheese, drained tomatoes, and hot peppers (optional).
  3. Mix all ingredients with cooked macaroni.
  4. Pour into an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
