Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage links
  • water
  • 1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage links with 1/4 cup water until boiling.
  2. Cover and simmer the sausages for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the cover and continue cooking the sausages for an additional 20 minutes.
