Ingredients

  • 1 lb. deer meat, cut in thin strips
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Put meat strips in a skillet with a little cooking oil and stir until almost done.
  2. Add green pepper, onion, and garlic, and stir occasionally until the vegetables are sautéed.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper; simmer until well seasoned.
  4. Serve over rice or alone.
