Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup thick white sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cup ground turkey
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Beat 1 egg and add it to the white sauce with Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, salt, Tabasco, and turkey; mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into drumsticks.
  3. Beat the remaining egg and mix with water.
  4. Dip the shaped drumsticks alternately in the egg mixture and cracker crumbs, ending with crumbs.
  5. Deep fry the coated drumsticks at 375°F (190°C) for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Insert wooden skewers into the drumsticks for serving and easy handling.
