Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • a handful of raisins
  • a handful of nuts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup white flour
  • white flour

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients including whole wheat flour, white flour, nuts, and raisins.
  2. Add honey, egg, and milk to the dry mixture.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Fill greased muffin pan with the batter.
  5. Bake at 425°F for about 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
