Ingredients

  • 1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • small amount nonfat milk
  • salt or garlic salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Italian dry seasonings

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese in a blender with wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and seasonings if desired.
  2. Add a splash of nonfat milk to the blender.
  3. Cover and blend on high until graininess disappears and the mixture is very smooth.
