Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed nuts or pecans
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid sugar substitute
  • 4 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 cup raisins
