Dilled Cauliflower Salad
A refreshing cauliflower salad with peas, dill pickle, and herbs, dressed in mayonnaise. Perfect for light lunches or as a side dish at gatherings.

Instructions
- Bring 1/2 inch of water to a boil in a saucepan; add chopped cauliflower and frozen peas.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Run cold water over drained vegetables to cool.
- Drain well.
- Add chopped dill pickle, dill weed, chopped onion, parsley, garlic powder, and enough mayonnaise to cover.
- Serve cold.
