Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. Beat eggs with milk and salt.
  3. Layer bread cubes, cooked sausage, and grated cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes until set and golden.
