Ingredients

  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 diced bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan or spray with Baker's Joy, a vegetable oil and flour mixture.
  3. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
  4. Mixture does not require beating.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  6. After baking, place the pan on a cooling rack and let set for 10 minutes.
  7. Invert the cake from the pan onto the cooling rack to finish cooling.
