Ingredients

  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 4 ounces green chilies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put 2 tablespoons each of chicken, cheese, and onion on a flour tortilla, then roll up.
  2. Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Repeat with all 12 tortillas.
  4. Melt margarine in a saucepan and blend in flour.
  5. Add chicken broth and cook until thick and bubbly.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and chopped green chilies.
  7. Pour the sauce over the tortillas in the baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
