Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. nut meats
  • 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugars and beaten egg.
  2. Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, corn flakes, nut meats and vanilla.
  3. Drop on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
